Damaged or wrongly sent items must be returned to Enygma Graphics at the address below. The shopper must first inform Enygma Graphics of the problem and make sure they receive Proof of Posting when returning the items..
A replacement item will be sent out on receipt of the returned item and a refund of postage will be made to the shopper. Enygma Graphics must be informed of any damaged or wrongly sent items within 28 days of receipt of the order.
The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with Enygma Graphics, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
The shopper must inform Enygma Graphics and return the items to the address below making sure they receive Proof of Posting when returning the items.
The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts for: CDs, DVDs, and tapes with software, audio or video if unsealed.
